About Laura…
From the prairie of Central Illinois, an adventurous girl set out to explore the territory of New York City when she decided to get her degree in architecture at Pratt Institute.
Initially buried in school work she didn’t realize what treasures the city held, however she found a group of inline skaters that went all over the city and she began to see the sights of New York flying past on 8-wheels. From then on, many amazing opportunities that New York had to offer sprung up to intrigue the girl from flatland. Introduced to new mediums of interactive art, computer graphics and chiptunes, she began mixing art and science in a way she had never imagined. Her creative and intellectual world opened up and now spends her days finishing her architecture degree while exploring the world. She is trying to learn as much information as possible about applying coding and electronics to art and design: everything they don’t teach you in school.
